People Places began doing treatment foster care (TFC) much earlier than most other programs. As a result of our experience, we frequently are requested to provide consultation and training to new and established programs in the U.S. and Canada. Our work with new programs typically involves several types of training and consultation sequenced to follow and support the program's development.
